the city is dynamic

The design hotel, which is to be built in Recklinghausen's city centre, presents itself urban and open. The fully glazed ground floor pays homage to the busy street and lets the hotel guests feel the lively environment. On the upper floors, bands of windows run through the entire length of the outer facade, thus contributing to the open design of the hotel.

The lively hotel, which is characterised by various uses, replaces a former multi-storey car park. Not far from the main station, the hotel is thus also an expression of a more liveable city and a new mobility behaviour. Only the bridge, which connects the hotel with a shopping centre, remains.
